Before leaving Cape Town I received a beautiful hand made leather bound notebook from my daughter Lisa. Her instructions were to write, write, write. Leaving aside my negative comments of yesterday, I decided to write only positive things in this book. So here follow my daily locked-up thoughts, handwritten for a change;
